Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel with its spacious, newly renovated rooms and fantastic staff. The customer service, especially from Deb and Jasmin, really stood out and made my experience enjoyable. However, I did encounter a few hiccups such as some noise from neighboring rooms and a longer wait for dinner at the restaurant, which impacted my overall feeling slightly.
I had a really pleasant experience at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel. The views of downtown Dallas from my room were just amazing, and I absolutely loved the gym—definitely one of the best hotel gyms I've seen. On the downside, I found the parking situation a bit annoying due to a planter blocking the main entrance, and the tablet system for calling elevators was a bit finicky. Overall, the staff surpassed my expectations, making it a place I’d recommend.
My stay at Renaissance Dallas Hotel offered a mix of experiences. I loved the spaciousness of the rooms and found the service from staff like Jayson and Val to be exceptionally attentive. However, I did encounter some hiccups, such as the noisy air conditioning in one instance and a lengthy wait for food on another occasion.
I had a mixed experience at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel. The room was comfortable and the check-in process was smooth. However, my overall stay was marred by some poor service, especially during a difficult time for me. I felt that the restaurant staff were overwhelmed and it impacted my experience negatively.
I recently stayed at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel, and while the location was fantastic for my conference at the nearby Dallas Market Hall, I encountered some issues that affected my overall experience. The room was spacious and had a modern design, which I appreciated, but the HVAC system wasn't functioning properly, making my stay a bit uncomfortable. However, the really good service from the staff, especially in the dining areas, really stood out, making my meals enjoyable.
